Intersting that the snipers claim most H1-Bs get permanent residency and the IEEE claims it is only 20%

I don't see anything on the fact sheet about the number of H1-Bs obtaining permanent residency.

I see the 2003 yearbook is a 220 page pdf. What page would the statistic happened to be on?
