Hi,

I am getting the following exception while using.

<c:redirect url="<cut value='${httpPrefix}${mainDomain}/journey/gd/brands.do'/>"/>

javax. servlet.ServletException: no protocol: <cut value='http://localhost/journey/gd/brands.do'/>

You cannot use custom actions as the attribute value of another custom action.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
