SSL & download files denied by IE

Hi there,
I've got some files (pdf, rtf...office docs) under a secutiry constrain in SSL - Basically, if I try to download these files directly from the link on my jsp page (always in SSL connection) I get an error message by IE wich is says the url is not been found.
The link is ok, because with Firefox works fine (as always :p ).
The problem is probabli about this article wich I found on MS support
web page (hope you get it in english)
At the of of my jsp page I've got the following code:

Any suggestions on how to change it??

why not use servlet to do these stuff? As far as i know,it works very well using servlet to support downloading files from website.good luck.
