This is kinda embarrassing since I've been using JSTL for quite sometime and yet still encounter problems such as this... I get the following error message when I use this directive:

here's the error message:

I've already put the jstl.jar in my WEB-INF/lib folder and I'm using Tomcat 5.5. This is really strange... I could be banging my head now... Please help... Thanks!

There's a JSP FAQ on the subject of the JSTL. Have you checked it?

You're missing a jar file here, so please read the FAQ posted by Bear.
