Hi,

I've recently got an offer from L&T Infotech Ltd, Mumbai.

I would like to know something more abt this comapny. The L&T is ofcourse a well known company but how is it doing as a software firm.

Plus points:-

1) Good reputation in market atleast in Engineering sector
2) Quite stable
3) CMM and PCMM level 5

Minus points:-

1) Not very wll known in Software and IT but comparatively new start up
2) Salary structure is not up to the market standards.

Maybe this reply is too late, but all this talk of which company is better than the other is really relative. Only when you compare 2 offers or compare your current job with the new one, can you make a decision.
