Dear sir in the above code i am taking parameter from html file and storing on two variable st1 and st2 respectively. and when i am passing these value as an attribute to connect tag then it is throing an exception as
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /connect.jsp(15,28) quote symbol expected

where i have to add this symbole.

actualy i want to take run type value on attribute. well sir wait for moment i would like to know also one thing that when the contets of connct tag like out.println("it is now connecting"); will execute after excution of doAfterBody() or before because when i am resoliving exception by giving quote symble like <chrt:connect name="st1" pass="st2">
then
out.println("it is now connecting"); this statment is not printing on brouser.
please specify answered of both question.

Just as the error message says.
You didn't quote your attribute values.

You can get away with this in HTML but JSP actions need to be valid XML and XML requires that all attributes are quoted.
