swapna valupadasu,
Welcome to JavaRanch!

My advice is DO NOT THINK
can anyone tell how to "implement search in jsp."

instead think:
"How to implement word search in a general purpose Java class that uses JavaBean conventions so that when I get it running I can put it into a JSP."

JSP is only a display technology - computation should be done elsewhere.
