I want to get confidence in jsp by making small projects. Can anybody give me the link for this.

The best way to get started with JSP is to download and install the Tomcat servlet engine (here is the web page to start). Do not install it as a service, that just complicates things at this point.
Tomcat comes with numerous JSP examples - I suggest that you start by modifying these examples and examining the results.
