I will suggest Infosys Mysore.Infosys is now much more than just outsourcing center.As per my info,they have people in both categories,functional and technical.You must be watching their weekly ads ,showing some Rajesh/Deepa saying 'I am here for last 8 years working in xyz area for pqr client'.
Network Programs is out as they are offering less.Hewitt Associates,its new in India,right?You don't its future.Infy,you can atleast guess about its performance based on its history.
Don't you prefer working here?

The photos were really good. It looked more like a five star hotel.
But going further on what you told Hewitt Associates is three times bigger than Infy (in terms of revenues, profits etc.). Also the work culture and enviroment is very good in Hewitt (That is what people working there have told me. I also talked to some of my friends in Infy who were not satisfied there. Yes in India it is new (Only one year), but considering that it has full fledged Development Centres in 37 Countries, don't you think it's a better bet. Moreover Infy has a bond of 1.5 years.
Your Reply in this regard will be highly esteemed.

. I was under impression that only TCS/Patni(among CMM5) have those exclusive rights! .
Anyway,here is what Hewitt says:
{
Hewitt Associates is a global human resources outsourcing and consulting firm delivering a complete range of integrated services to help companies manage their total HR and employee costs, enhance HR services, and improve their workforces.
}
and Infosys says:
{
Infosys Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: INFY) provides consulting and IT services to clients globally - as partners to conceptualize and realize technology driven business transformation initiatives.
}
In short Infosys seems to work in many areas where as Hewitt's work seems to be limited to HR activities.
Moreover,Search for keyword 'java' gives 2 results on Hewitt.On Infosys site it returns 47.
So its upto you to decide which company to join.

Infosys is preferred if you dont have problem with location. Hewitt also good company but their area of work is narrower as Arjun pointed.

Good Luck

Undoubtedly Infosys, compared to Hewitt..as Hewitt just concentrates on HR. I have heard and seen Infosys culture to be excellent.

Take Infy, no doubt about it.
BTW, is thsi a fresher's position?

IMHO, you should always avoid these companies as far as possible -
PCS/MBT/Kanbay/Satyam
They're full of medicore technical talent and poor management.
And NO, their CMM 5 level doesn't impres me.
