I have the following line of code in my JSP page that I keep getting an EL syntax error on within Eclipse 3.2 but I can't figure out the problem and the new OReilly book states I have it correct:

<LABEL>Repeat Contract:</LABEL>${(req.POType == 'REP') ? 'Y' : 'N'}<BR>

I guess this could be a problem with the validator in Eclipse 3.2 but I wanted to ask this list and make sure before I screwed up something.

Any direction or suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks.

The real test would be "does it work when you run it?"

If yes, then your syntax is good, and you can probably discount the IDE message.

Stefan,

Thanks for the reply. The page still definitely works so I guess I'll just ignore as you stated.

Regards.
