Hi to all ranchers,

I have a problem with printing specific values from array.

Structure of classes, and there are set in sessionScope:
Class parent has for property children list of class child, and child has id_child and name_child.

I sent from one jsp to another value(id - it is a number) with form (i.e. request scope). Now, from this second jsp, I must get param.value (id) and set it in var="id" in page scope:

then I need to print only those values from list witch has this "id" equals with their id_child, so I do this:

when I run this, I get an error:

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "children"

Does somebody has an idea?

Thank you
Marko

The code you've posted and the error message you've posted don't seem to match up.
Can you post the full stack trace?
