What do these two servers have in common?
Can they both use the same database?
Are they on the same local network?
How are users identified?

For simple data you might do this with hidden values on forms.

Did you mean Hidden Fields(by "hidden values") is one of the technique of Session Management. and is always required HTML form.

its mean use action attribute to define the next calling servlet/jsp by defining a complete path with server name is this correct?

please correct me if something is incorrect.
