My Friend has recently got a job offer from SeeBEyond, USA. Work is good and relates to optimisation/enhancement of their J2EE Application Server. He is lilttle bit confused as he got offers from other companies too. Does anyone has expereice working in SeeBEyond USA, work culture, job stability, pay package and other relevant info.
Sincerely request your help to make a decision

I have a little info on SeeBeyond that may or may not be useful. I interviewed with them about a year ago. It looked like an interesting gig and they liked me, but we were too far apart on salary. Without getting into specifics I felt like I was getting lowballed and said so. They insisted that they couldn't move their offer, so I moved on. I guess they didn't want me that badly :^)

I have a friend that worked there briefly in marketing management and got out when he discovered some hijinks that were going on with upper management. I don't know exactly what was happening, but my friend's sense of proper business ethics was offended, so he left. This is second-hand info, so take it for what it's worth.
