India TOP IT company (Pay+WORK)

Hi,

I heard the following from a top person in the world's most reputed IT survey company.

The best company to work for in India is Oracle (Best Paymaster, Best Work (depends in the group), policies).The pay unbeleivably huge salaries and give good work.

Trilogy is the second best paymaster along with BEA, Global Exchange etc.
HP is no more the paymaster.

WIPRO is a good company in India's big but TCS ranks the lowest with the lowest possible pay.Infy has lost its status.

Only the fortunate or unfortunate thing that All the paymasters and top companies are in Bangalore...

What do you guys say? I am totally shocked

I wont think Oracle is the Best Paymaster. I guess Trilogy will pay more than Oracle. There lots of other companies which will pay very good sal and not in the news or not participate in surveys. For example iNautix, Chennai which is one of the best company Salary and work culture wise. There few more medium size companies which will pay very good salaries.

Good work is not available to everyone, only to some group.
