What o put in URI to make taglibrary functionalities work  RSS feed

URI should contain the relative path of the .tld file. For Ex.

<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/tlds/taglib.tld" prefix="j2ee" %>

You've come to the right place.
Take a look at this JSP FAQ entry to make sure you've got the right jar file and are using the correct tag for the version of JSTL that you're using.

I didn't get it ...could you please elaborate it more
