Would like to know abt these companies too. Are they good in terms of opportunities and pay?

Kale is descent but never join Xoriant.Intially its name was Tekege or something.It was a 100% bodyshop during dotcom days.Basically it was a one man show,(Gaitonde I think).Later in 2001,it laid off many H1-Bs(The reason was:it called back many of its programmers in late 2000 and started giving training on Java technologies.By the time training was over,market collapsed!).They used to have office on Andheri-Kurla Road.
Kale as told is a good company.Many of its clients are based in NZ-Au.
Descent center(with black marble flooring) on Pune-Satara road.

as said above Kale is a decent compnay. No body-shopping business. Its pretty old company with few flagship products in Banking, Airlines and health care industry.

I have worked birefly with Kale in past and had very nice experience. Its old-fashioned company but driven by good values.

Their revenues are mainly from Airline and Banking industry, mostly through support of installed applications.

I work with Kale Consultants and regarding the payment its not that very good if you compare with other companies in the market, but yes as far as development and challenges goes its one place you could put your foot into. The place where you can use your own brains to do lot of R&D without any spoon feeding. If you are considering money then this is not the right place, but if you are thinking about working in the latest technologies then this is the place to be
