i have included a jsp using jsp:include.
and i have added a image in the including file.
In the script of including file i am submitting the form of the included jsp's.
this is my idea, not yet tried, can i do it this way.
Any solutions to my problem please.

I have image in the including jsp and when i click on it the seleted items in the included jsp has to be moved to a action class, and in that action class i am saving them to db through service bean.

I'm not completely sure what you're asking here but a good first step when building pages with includes is to get in the habit of viewing the generated HTML source.

The end result of a JSP built up with includes is still a single HTML/Javascript response.

The end result from a jsp:include is still a single document.
The browser (where forms are submitted) has no idea that the page was built with includes.

You can have as many forms as you like in a webpage.
Just be careful not to nest them (put one inside another).
