Hi,
For some reason, when I use , I get literal interpretation of it (${param.myparam}), and no errors .
I do declare the librasry in the .jsp page. Could someone tell me what could cause this sort of behavior?

This usually means that your web app is not declared correctly, or that you are using the wrong version of the JSTL for the version of JSP that you are using. Or both,
