Cost of living in Cyprus

Hi
Could some one guide me on these issues related to relocating to Amdocs/Cyprus, from India.
1. Cost of Living in Cyprus : a decent life style for a couple with no kids.
2. Work culture in Amdocs : any knd of discrmination/exploitation, knowing that a person can not move jobs easily, once in Cyprus.
3. Expected salary in J2EE domain: MTech-Computers from top ranked college and 3 years experience, working with a big MNC, have an offer of 8+ LPA in India.
4. Saving potential : main reason to think about Amdocs/Cyprus
5. Any job/further study optins for a lady with MBA in HR and 2 years experience in a management consultancy ?
6. Options open/closed, once you come back from Cyprus (say) 2-3 years later.

I have tracked the previous posts on Amdocs/Cyprus long back and saw some comments from Kishore/Arjun etc. but I need a more updated and recent info related to the above points.

If some one knows any Indian working in Amdocs, and can share his/her mail id, it will be very helpful. I will directly get in touch with those people. and it will give me some confidence.

Cyprus is a small country.. very cheap as compared to other european countries...
I don't have any first hand info.. but I have some thing that I could have found on the net only..
A 2 room flat rent is some where in between 150-200 Cyprus Pound per month..
Petrol costs around 25c per litre..

no idea about the expected salaries.. and the tax structure..
Is there anybody, who can throw some light in that.. ??

hi,

i never visited cyprus but 3yrs back i had offer from amdocs/cyprus. This is how i came to know about cyprus .
The cost the living is very cheap(for 2 person's middle class -1500$).
The environment over there is very pleasent.
It's an a tourist spot.
we can find more hotels(so more job opp for hotel mgt people).
Very secured place.
good for children.

one of my friend stayed in cyprus but now moved to austria. but he use to say that it's very fantastic place.
