i feel that monster.com is much better than naukri and jobstreet. Many employers visit monster, which is one of the oldest job site.

Yes that is right , monster is quite old enough job site, also the latest site that i have come across is gigajob.com where you can also post the job for free their is no restriction on posting of job and also on applying them.
