Firstly, this entire forum is devoted to questions on JSP. As such, a subject of "JSP" isn't very descriptive of your issue. Please try to use a meaningful subject and read this for more information.

Those are really broad topics that are difficult to answer in a forum. Perhaps you could narrow down your questions to be more specific?
