HTTP Status 400 - Invalid direct reference to form login page

One of our users is not able to login in to my application he is
Getting error mess "HTTP Status 400 - Invalid direct reference to form login page and the request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect" even after providing the correct password and username

What could be the reason? Where as my other users is able to successfully accessing my application

I suggested him to stop firewall and but he couldn't able to stop because of some restrictions and I told him to enable the cookie but it doesn�t help him much.

Please check your application's authentication mechanism. I guess you specified some methods in <auth-method> of web.xml

My user using the URl which is there in auth-method but this url he has to use once he loged in
