what is the different between get and post method? Has the GET method have limited in URL(128)? can I bookmark the web page if I use post method?
If I use a Java Bean in JSP page to collect the use input, How can I bookmark JSP page that have different user input?

Thanks
Justin

Get requests have no body.
They're just the request line and the headers.

Post requests do have a body.

You could probably bookmark a page that was the result of a post request but the browser won't retain all of the post data so subsequent hits would probably blow up on the server.

Since get requests have all of the parameters (query string) embedded into the actual URL the browser will be able to retain them for subsequent hit via the bookmarking feature.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
