i'm contracting for a huge struts project where my primary responsibility is to take third party HTML and CSS and integrate it into the site. the two main difficulties i'm facing are the fact that 1 - i came in around the second iteration and walked into a daunting labyrinth of decorators and various sometimes included .jsp's and 2 - the html/css being integrated is hack ridden, buggy, and not very DRY. i'm wondering if there are any tools out there to go through and map out which decorators are calling what files and when, a flow of calls type thing. i really need some type of overview of what's going on. i just spent 40+hours performing a simple update that should of took no longer than 5 tops.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
