Hi,
This is the desired JSP that need to look like
/*
* This is the desired table layout
*
* col 0
* -----
* hashfile1
* id1 filename1 date1
* id11 filename11 date11
* hashfile2 id2 filename2 date2
* id22 filename22 date22
* ... .... ...
*
*/

I got the display works on JSP, but to collect data and the for loops for some reason it not working. right now it return me the sub group of (id, filename, date) repeat as below, which is WRONG.

Right now what I have it look like below:
/*
* This is the desired table layout
*
* col 0
* -----
* hashfile1
* id1 filename1 date1
* id11 filename11 date11
* id2 filename2 date2
* id22 filename22 date22
* ... .... ...
* hashfile2
* id1 filename1 date1
* id11 filename11 date11
* id2 filename2 date2
* id22 filename22 date22

* ... .... ...
* hashfile3
* id1 filename1 date1
* id11 filename11 date11
* id2 filename2 date2
* id22 filename22 date22
* ... .... ...

*
*/

Many thanks in advance

would any one please help. I really need this straighten out.

Basically, the first set of data return me a list of hashfile (AE123.)
For each hashfile, I will have another method

this method return me an arraylist of each hashfile
then I need take this resultset and do another query to database to get the final result

and finally combine the whole thing, I got combine it work, but the object store every single fileid for each hashfile, does not break out by hashfile. Very similar to group by in SQL.

thank you so much for the help
