Hi there,

I've got a question for everyone, why is it a message "Page cannot be displayed" occurs when downloading a huge data from the database. I can't seem to figure out why is it happen. Is it a browser issue or jsp issue?
Because if I am only getting a small amount of data, there's no problem on it. I can download an excel file from it. Can you please help me on this?

Thanks for the replies....

Some code, background on what you are trying to do, container used, browser used, can help us answer your question better

I am using IE browser version 6.0, here is my sample code:

First I make an excel file then after that, I compress the excel file to a zip file by using this headers.

I use this response to my header part:

response.setHeader("Expires", "0");
response.setContentType("application/zip");
response.setHeader("Content-Disposition", "attachment; filename=\"" + filename + '"');

Hope this will help.
