The purpose of JSPs is to create dynamic web pages (in other words, that's what they do). So if you use JSPs then you have dynamic web pages. Or what is your definition of "DynamicWebPages"?

As Ulf Dittmer said, if you are using JSP means, you are creating the dynamic web pages only. Dynamic web page means you will get the values dynamically during runtime from the controller. Means you will be able to edit those values also.

Thanks,
Gayathri.
