Hi Im just looking to start off using JSP and I was just wondering if I could use wampserver while making my pages like php? or is there something like it that I can use?

My own opinion is that you shouldn't rely on IDEs when learning code servlets and JSP.

That being said Netbeans has an embedded version of Tomcat and is often used for JSP/Servlet development.
Eclipse also has plugins for JSP

The lomboz plugin is very good resources for developing Java, J2EE application and lot of features included.
