Proper HTML doesn't have any 'Look and Feel' information.
It only contains the data and mark up to describe the data.
Things like colors, font types, borders, and even layout should be kept in CSS style sheets.

If you build things this way, the look of an entire site, with hundreds or thousands of pages, can be updated by changing one file.

JSP is a server side technology for generating dynamic text (like HTML or CSS).

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
