Hi,
I am trying to display the sample jsp which prints hello world (HelloWorld.jsp) in the web browser.
I have done the following...

1)Created one folder called HelloWorld under Tomcat/webapps.
2)In the web browser,i used the following URL
http://localhost:9090/HelloWorld/HelloWorld.jsp (9090 is my port number)

But i am getting an 404 error....your requested resource is not available.

Please help me on this

Please use real words when posting to the forums. Abbreviations such as "plz" in place of "please" only serve to make your posts more difficult to read and less likely to generate useful responses.

Please read this for more information.

Where exactly did you place it? The URL

http://localhost:9090/HelloWorld/HelloWorld.jsp

indicates that you've created a web app that has a context path of /HelloWorld. Have you?

Why change the port #?
