how to print the statements in jsp with out <c:out> ,<%= > expression tag and out.println

is there any other way?

Well, what you wish to display out.

if it is static html, then you won't need to use c:out or <%=%> tag. you can just write of the normal html code/ text to make them print on the JSP page, if your requirement is to display dynamic content then you dn't have any other option.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
