Browse File functionality in JSP

Hi,

I am working on a web application(JSp).My application requires 'Browse file functionality' at clients location to read Excel file.
I will be grateful if anyone can provide some idea for 'Browse file functionality'. I am working on IE 6 browser on windows plateform.
