Hi Ranchers. I'm working in Software Configuration Management with very high end and very costly tools. If I wish to shift to Development or Testing after maybe an year,is it possible or will I be stuck with SCM throughout...is what I wana know.
It depends on your employer and your relationship with them. Without knowing the details of your situation it is hard to say. Generally a change is difficult to accomplish.
