Hi kishore rowthu kumar welcome to Javaranch,

you can just write a JSP with a bean to fetch database values and show them.

Hope this helps

In this case suppose some data changed at server, Is there any way server can tell it to client?

Yes by reloading the JSP the database query will execute again.
Ajax is another good option.

Hope this helps

I think I din't asked it properly. Http mandate all interaction should begin with client. Suppose after 5 request of a session, server got client's session-id. Is there any way that server can send a message to that client using this session-id, even though client din't asked for it?

Http mandate all interaction should begin with client.

This can be done by Ajax, transparent to the client.
Now I think its not a JSP question at all.
Also if you want the server to take the initiative then in some other thread someone posted the Pushlets link. I dont know the framework.Check if its useful to you.

Hope this helps
