Hi,

I am facing a problem in reading the file path that is browsed in the jsp page,

where in my jsp code i am using

<INPUT TYPE='FILE' NAME='attachmentFileUrl'/>

and in my action class i am reading the file path by using the code

request.getParameter("attachmentFileUrl");

the value i am getting is only the file name but not the file path in higher versions of mozilla 3.0 or soon...but in IE the same code works fine, i could able to read the file path completely.

Can anyone provide me the solution how i can read the complete file path which works both in mozilla higher versions.

Thanks,
Hima Bindu.

Most browsers will not include the path. In fact, I find it rather weird that IE does. Why do you need it?
