Hai Friend can somebody help me to evaluate the online exam form. iam making a project VirtualOnline Exam in jsp. Iam using SQL server in backend.

That is way too complicated to do at one jump - you should start with creating simple HTML forms in JSP and reading user input from forms.

"You can use XML to display the questions and answers and that is easier.Store all your questions and answers in XML and then parse using parsers like xercses.
