hi everybody,
i am stuck here. i want to create a weekly time-table of lectures to be conducted. where in i can display the timings and days in a week. and the lecture held at particular timing. can anybody give me just an idea or a hint where to start from. like how to create it.thank you.

One way to start would be to make an HTML mockup of the page to be displayed. You can then identify the active data parts and create a model to supply that data. Finally, create a controller to tie the model and the view together.

Pravin,
Bear is suggesting you start by planning what you want to do rather than by coding. For example, what do you want the timetable to look like/what should it contain? You could do this on paper or in HTML. The HTML is more useful in the long run because it will turn into a base for the JSP.

Once you know what you want the page to contain, you have to figure out where the data will be stored. The choices are a database (most common) or a file (if this is a bare bones thing.)
