Hi Amit,

Around one month back I got selected in I-Flex but still haven't got my offer letter. The HR says the person who has to sign the letter is travelling abroad and not responding. One month is a long time to respond and I wonder if they have scrapped the offer! Has I-Flex stopped further intake including those of people who have been selected?

I will appreciate it a lot if you can throw some light.

i m mca,1yr exp on jsp/servlets, not on ejb...but they ask lots of question on design patern etc....

can you pls tell me what they expect ?

and smirti can you tell me had you showed your scwcd on ur resume and how much it has helped you... how much exp you have and on what level ..rt now working for which co. ? and had u experience with deisn patterns practially. ? what level of question asked from you and how much scwcd helped and pls give me personal advice for next oppurtunity


pls help me ..so i will know what co. like iflex demand from ppl of one year..??

Companies like Iflex expect very strong in fundamentals, OOPS concepts, core java then the areas where you worked. If you had worked in EJBs they might have asked more questions in EJB. Many things in EJB are developed based on J2EE Design Patterns. So interviews may test your EJB, JSP, Servlets skills in combine with Design Patterns.

As you have 1yr exp definitely your certifications will help you a lot.

Even when I take interviews with people 0 - 2 years exp I do expect them stronger in fundamentals. I wont ask questions on EJBs as many times I got answers from books.

I guess this info is useful.

hello amit, does i-flex have a designation as "assistant" consultant,i know tht there is an "associate" consultant designation, but i am confused about the former. my friends need the info since i-flex is coming back to ur college for recruitment and doubt whether this new profile is different from the associate consultant one.plzz let me know

Can you help me advice me that what kind of role and Salary can I expect from I-flex, if I am having 6.5+ years exp and working with IBM form last one year.
I am looking for Team Lead/Project Lead kind of role and expecting 35%-40% more than what i am getting.

Hi Mohan ,

With 6.5 + yrs of exp , definitely you would get a post of Team Lead at I-flex.
And yes you can get around 35 to 40 % increase to your CTC at I-flex
Have you appiled to I-Flex yet ?
