Hai,
Considering the offers u have, i think you are technically sound and a very experienced guy.
I think any one would do. But i suggest you to goto GE.It would be a good place to attest your
technical skills.
Bye

There are different divisions in GE. If you are joining in GE Global(not sure about the name), most of the time you will be doing kind of reviews and followups. Mostly the projects are done by outsourced companies. And you are kind of Team Leader and interacting with out sourced companies. It gives a good chance to you to improved your management skills as they give training in PMP etc.,

But I hear the work is quite overloaded.

Hi Krishnaraj sg ,

In previous post I told about GE GTO only. Most of the projects they outsource to other companies(like TCS, iGate etc.,) And you need to followup the project with outsourced companies. So you may not be involving in development but you do invovle in review of development activities. Most of people in GE GTO are kind of Project Leaders or Project Managers. You do find very few developers.

I heard work is overloaded some times as some times you will end up with handling more than one project. But its good opportunity to move towards project management.

Good Luck
KJ
