Connect to Oracle On Network is Problem

Hi Folks.
Please solve this problem.
I have got two System(IP : 192.191.190.2) both are on Network. On one system there is javawebserver1.1.3(192.191.190.2:8080) and Oracle Personal Edition.
From second system(192.191.190.1) i connect to my javawebserver
using URL : http://192.191.190.2:8080 now i want to connect to Oracle in one servlet programe.what i have to do or what JDBC URL ia hve to write please give me solutions.
On Second System(192.191.190.1) There is no Oracle client.

Refer to docs at http://technet.oracle.com/doc/java.815/a64685/toc.htm and provide host name for the machine with 192.191.190.2 address
