hi friends,

I would like to know how much it would matter later in my career of not having experience in one specific domain.
I have more than 4 yr exp in working with Java/j2ee technologies.
In it 3 yr in health domain
6 months in telecom
10 months in banking

Now I am getting offer for HR domain... it is some what onsite.

I think I would be able to say that I have experience in service specific domain.

what is the career growth in it?

with regards
Jai deep

Hi,
Don't worry buddy ... untill ur steady on ur basics of Java,J2ee you will be always in demand. All domains need similar technology only the way its used is different. so don't worry take it enjoy your onsite stay !!!

Having good exp in one specific domain is more valuable than technical skills.
