Is there any difference between them? Is it country specific?

Thanks

Hi Vinit,
The following may help clarify your confusion about resume, C.V. and biodata.
While a resume is a career and educational "summary" meant to highlight your skills and experience, a C.V. is a list meant to document "every" job and degree you've ever received in your life. To-the-point resumes should be one to two pages. Conversely, often C.V.s go on for three or four pages.
A bio data, on the other hand, is a profile which may or may not be for the purpose of application to a position. A bio data can be considered merely as a fact sheet which is rarely personalized from application to application.

Hope this helps.
