i-Flex Offer (Microsoft.NET)

Hello Guys:

I want to evaluate an offer from iFlex in Microsoft Technologies. I have 5 yrs of experience of which 4 yrs is on .NET. I have also worked on-site at Microsoft HQ USA. I have worked for MAQ Software, Accenture & MphasiS. I currently get 6.0 L P/A and another Rs 6000/Month project allowance.

My expected was 7-7.25 L but i-Flex can only offer 6.5 L Max this too after lot of negotiatons. I have finally quoted 6.8 L to them and waiting a reply.

What do u guys think. Shall i make a change from MphasiS to i-Flex virtually on the same compensation. I'm scheduled to go on-site in Japan for 1 month and will also be giving up that opportunity to join i-Flex. How are on-site opportunities in i-Flex in .NET space.

I had heard that i-Flex sends people to contries such as senegal, uganda and does not allow to come back, is it true?

What is this 6k/month project allowance? 6L + 72K sounds pretty good for 5 years exp. 4 years on .NET is......a lot! Try Microsoft instead, some rather average ppl made it in Microsoft recently for .NET!

Hi,

If you are not getting a much difference thier is no point
in changing.

Also you have onsite chance in mphasis which may or may not
be thier in iflex.

I have been working for I-flex . Well what you have heard about Iflex sending ppl to African countries and not letting them to come back is NOT true.
I-flex sends many ppl to US / Europe . As per your exp you will be getting onsite opportunity soon though at Iflex.
Mphasis is also a good compnay. But I-Flex ranks above in terms of revenues and no 1 company in banking product.
