got offer with dsl bangalore

hi,

I got an offer with DSL bangalore. Am having 3.5 yrs of exp in java jsp technology.
How much one can expect the salary with this much experience ?

Could anyone put some more light on the work culture, work environment, facilities with DSL ? Will the work be more hectically scheduled..?

DSL is took over by HCL. They basically work for Deutche Bank projects. Before HCL took the company they are one of highest pay masters in bangalore but not they pay as HCL. But once you join you may get chance to travel to Germany or Singapore. About the offer I guess you might have got some where between 3 to 5L per annum.

Yeah pay-wise itz in the same brackets, Offered 4+ . Donnow if itz on par with market standards or not...
I want to know, how will the work culture & environment and facilities... and more...

4+L for 3.5 years experience is an average offer in bangalore. One of my friend is working in DSL and she is not happy with her current project. But she way happy with her previous projects. She got offer to work in long term in Singapore. So it may depend on kind of the project you are going to work. Other wise work culture and environment is good.

hi,
my colleague's friend was working in DSL a year ago...he was not satiesfied with the kind of work.more of maintanance work/bug fixing is there.

if u go any company...u wont alwayz get development.but i heard they have some sort of tech support kind of work...just be sure of ur position there.
