I'm interested in knowing how it is to work in these two places BEA and Trilogy at Bangalore. How is work culture? How is senior management? Do they get mediocre work to do in India? Do they really allow flexi timings etc. Is career growth performance based?

Thanks in advance for all info,
Subbu

trilogy is still around? i remember 5 years ago they were the cool company to join if you wanted to 'work hard, play hard'. Our onsite interview concluded with a beer party. normally every friday the entire company would party, think it was 'party on the porch' or 'beer on the porch'. from what i heard, no one lasted more than a year there because of the insane overtime. this was in austin, tx.
