When SQL generates any error its hard to debug it. So, is there any error list & their details available for JDBC & SQL?

every database/driver have different error messages. What database/driver combo are you using?

I am not aware of anyerror list/explanation that's available for MS Access or even any database for that matter. For most of the major databases, the error messages are self explanatory. For MS Access you may just need to post the exact errors here and hopefully someone here has experienced something similar.

I am only aware of a list for Oracle, using the classes12.zip drivers. This is oracle specific though. I have not heard of any lists for MSAccess/jdbc dbc bridge either. If you find one, be sure to post it!

Invalid Cursor State - usually you are trying to access a resultset before you call resultset.next() or when you call resultset.next() after you have closed the resultset(either explicitly or implicitly)
Inavlid Transaction Type - database doesn't support transaction type setting(commits, rollbacks, etc.) ...just a guess on this one
post a small code snippet of the java code that is giving you problems, that way we can help you with your specific problem. Sometimes these jdbc error messages can be a little misleading in their explanations.
