Hi all,
I am new to Ejb and have some very basic questions.
EJB container takes care of Security, Concurrency, resource pooling and Prsistance for the beans , I have read about all these terms but still not very sure , can some one please explain.

hi,
u dont need to concentrate on system low level services(Database connection pooling,security and transaction management).Ejb container will take care everything related to system low level services.u r free to write business class.

Thanks Prabudeva , but my question is what we mean here by security, what rtype of security, what is concurrency and what is persistance???.

Hi,
Security is that your Enterprise bean is secure inside the container and it cannot be accessed directly by any program or it cannot be altered by any program.
Concurrency is multiple access to ur bean ie., you need not have to write multithreaded program. The container will take care of it.
Persitence: The container will store and retrieve the data in a d/b. You need not have to take care of it.(in case of container managed persistence)
