I-Flex Solutions is in Finance domain and as far as I know Qualcomm is into a Telecom domain. It depends on you whether you want to go to a Finance domain or a telecom domain. Qualcomm is a big MNC.
Now a days lot of scope for Telecom/embedded domain and India is now getting for the new 3G standards.

Qualcomm is very good US based telecom company and Iflex is another good Indian based finace domain company. Its purely depends on your interest.
If you already having experience in Qualcomm or if you have Electronics related educational background for Qualcomm. Otherwise its some what difficult to understand the Telecom fundamentals without that your work becomes tougher.

As KJ Reddy mentioned, if your from electronics/telecom background i mean ur engineering then surely look no further and join Qualcomm.
Its a big MNC and now since 3G technology standards emerging in Indian market, you have a good scope and after 2 to 3 yrs in Qualcomm, you will always be preferred in tom Telecom Equipment Manufacturing companies MNCs ard the globe thats
Lucent Technologies ( A big Paymaster)
Alcatel and also CISCO , Nortel Networks.
All the best

Even if you are not from electronics/telecom educational background you can look forward to join in Qualcomm. But believe me it will take atleast 1 year to understand what you are doing I am from no electronics background working in telecom domain. For me the work is really challenging and enjoying lot as all other projects I worked so far are similar and not much to learn.

Dear All,

Thanks so much for your advice.

I am from computer engg background and have been working in telecom domain (video codecs)for the last 1 year. overall i have 3+ yrs exp (c/c++). Iflex seemed interesting to me becoz u usually get onsite oppurtunities iflex. The work in qualcomm seems very good, but I had no idea about the onsite oppurtunities from qualcomm. I have decided to go with Qualcomm since i would be building on the domain i have already worked on rather than going in to a new domain.
Please let me know ur thoughts on this

Go for Qualcomm. You can go onsite after few years also. But once you change your domain again it will take time to go back your old domain. I guess onsite chances should be less with Qualcomm as they opened development center in India for cost cutting. But still I suggest you Qualcomm.
