Hi,
Any idea how is this company's Bangalore division. This basically caters for Fiedility investments. Can any one give information about work culture, career advancement and pay for the level of a team lead.

Thanks

Covansys doing good. Its previously known as CBSI and based in Chennai. I guess they have a small division in Bangalore but planning to expand. As the project is with Fidelity it should be good. They are one good payers in Chennai.

Covansys is really doing good and they have around 1000 employess in Bangalore division and its expanding.

Onsite chances are also good and but onsite chances depend on project requirements and luck.

Let me correct one point here. FNF (fidelity national finance) has 29% stake in Covansys and not Fidelity investment. salary in channai may be quite comptitive in chennai but not in B'lore. They are not even close to avg mkt pay.

How is the work environment and growth opportunities in Covansys? Apparently FNF work is the ODC work with very few onsite opportunities. is that assumption correct?

Hi.

Im working in Covansys Bangalore for the last 6 months.. But im not working in FNF project.. But i have some friends who r in FNF project..

FNF is the major project of Covansys Bangalore..
Covansys having almost 600 resources for that Client alone..
Work Environment is really good..
But package u cant expect very high.. They will pay average salary..

But pressure depends upon the project.. I heard that the FNF is having normal work pressure, and also those FNF memebers used to stay in the office more than other project members..

I think this info will be enough..

Bye

I am in US and I used to work for FNF about one and a half year ago. I was working in a product called TouchPoint. Which FNF products the guys at Covansys work for? (Just curiosity..)

No. I used to work for FNF (Fidelity National Financial) which bought big share in Covansys couple of years back. I left the FNF for a better opportunity.
