Same problem here as faced by Mr. Thakkar----Database Applet

Hi,
I am getting the same problem as that of Mr. Thakkar. My applet is not allowed to access my database (that i can do using an application with a similar code).
Is it due to the fact that I have installed jdk1.3 on drive d:?
